Notes
Founded by Catalan architects and art historians Josep Puig i Cadafalch and Jeroni Martorell in 1915; incorporated into the Biblioteca dels Museus de Barcelona in 1931. Since 1997 has been held in the Palau Nacional in Barcelona with the collections of the Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya.
