The entrance to this chapel is to the right of the main altar. It is the last vestige of the Gothic foundation of the church. It contains a 17th century funeral monument to Paolo, Agostino, and Ermolao Nani and on the altar is a Nativity by Giovanni Girolamo Savoldo, circa 1540.
