ca. 25th century BCE; the earliest relief might be from the Late Uruk Period (ca. 3000 BCE)
There are three reliefs carved on the western wall of the cave, two of which were seriously damaged after an explosion in 1994. These scenes show the hunting of a moutain goat, a banqueting scene, and the Sumerian goddess, Inanna, with a variety of animals.
