Detail: Relief Brickwork Next to Northern Pedestrian Entrance, Outside City Walls
Urfa Gate, Urfa Kapısı
The walls were originally completed in the 4th century CE and were rebuilt and expanded over time. This particular gate was built in the Artuqid period around 1183, although the north entrance is dated back to the 5th century.
