Script: Naskh, Thuluth. Translation: "The death of the lady, whose abode is Paradise, Hayat Bakhsh Begam, occured on the night of Tuesday, the 28th of Sha'ban, 1077 AH (12th February, 1667 AD)"

Born to Mohammed Quli Qutb Shah, Hayat Bakshi was the royal consort of his successor Muhammad Qutb Shah.
