The Koryo Museum in at the foot of Mt. Songak in Kaesong. The museum is hosted in the building of Songgyungwan, which was the central intitute of education during the Koryo dynasty (since 998). The current buildings date 1602, when they were rebuilt after a fire. The Koryo Museum has 12 primary buildings and six auxiliary structures covering 20,000 square meters
