Fatima Sultana was the sister of Muhammad Qutb Shah. The tomb contains several graves within, of which only two bear inscriptions: one which belongs to Fatima Sultana and the other without a name.

Inscription

Translation: "Her Highness of Mary's position and Khadija's station, next in rank to Zahra, Fatima Sultan daughter of Sultan Muhammad Amin."
