Chazemais, Église Saint-Denis

Parish of the former diocese of Bourges, possessed before the ninth century by the abbey of S-Denis. The twelfth-century chuch is made up of a flat chevet covered with a barrel vault; a crossing with a domical vault with squinches and the northern transept with a barrel vault. The southern transept was rebuilt in the fifteenth century; the nave has a wooden roof and is without interior articulation. The choir, on the other hand, has a mural arcade somewhat like that of S-Desiré.
